StorestandTerms of Service

These terms govern your use of Storestand (the "Service"), a platform for creating and hosting websites for iOS apps. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or legal entity per account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content;
- host phishing pages, malware or scams;
- impersonate another person, app or company;
- claim subdomains or custom domains you have no rights to, or abuse the import features as a request proxy;
- probe, overload or disrupt the Service.
We may remove content, unpublish sites, or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create or upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, cache, reproduce and serve that content solely to operate the Service — including serving your published sites on subdomains and custom domains. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to everything you publish, including App Store assets, screenshots and testimonials.
4. Published sites
You are the publisher of your sites. That includes the accuracy of your app-ads.txt, the adequacy of your site's own privacy policy and terms, and compliance with the laws that apply to your app and audience.
5. Generated legal documents are templates
The privacy policy and terms generators produce general templates for convenience only. They are not legal advice and may not fit your situation. Review them, adapt them, and consult a lawyer where it matters.
6. Custom domains
You may only connect domains you control; ownership is verified via DNS. We may disable a domain that fails verification, expires, or is reported for abuse.
7. App Store Connect
Connecting App Store Connect is optional. Your .p8 private key is processed only in your browser and is never transmitted to us; you remain responsible for safeguarding your Apple credentials and for complying with Apple's terms. This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
8. Plans and fees
The Service currently offers a free tier. Paid plans and their prices may be introduced or changed with reasonable prior notice; nothing you already published will be taken down without warning because of a pricing change.
9. Termination
You can delete your sites or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the Service or others. Upon termination, your published sites stop being served.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that imported App Store data is accurate, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or €50.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your sites, or your breach of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Material changes will be announced to registered users, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts of that jurisdiction.
